anyone told me that why Google launching Google Panada again and again and some time updation twice in a month. what is the reason ?

I think Google panda Update is must, to make Google more effective and user friendly updates of panda is fairly beneficial. With these updates Google add new algorithm so user find appropriate related search to query and Google can remove low quality links and websites.
