...Does anyone have one of these? This platform has been on my mind for ages...I really like the look of it...

QUESTION: Would a set of HPI 2.2 rims fit on it without hitting the chassis? The stock rims seem to be very shallow...Does Lynxmotion do an extended axle? I know RobotMarketplace has them for the MachineLab MMP but i would LIKE to get everything from the same place...

...The axles fit onto a 6mm output from a gearhead motor and the lynx unit uses 6mm too so maybe i can fit them all together...

...May i suggest to WHOMEVER is listening that a movement be started to make 14mm hexes available too...That would open up the WHOLE HPI Savage collection of rims and tires :D

those wheels have a very deep-offset. They are front wheels for a traxxas vehicle. Here are the wheels: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXJK63&P=7

The tires look fairly close to the chassis so I am guessing that only deep-offsets would work.
